This is a full-time on-site role for a Growth Marketer + GTM (Go-To-Market) Manager based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The role involves developing and executing growth marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, optimizing campaigns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The individual will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, while leveraging data to inform decision-making and improve performance continuously.
- Experience in Growth Marketing, Data Analytics, and Performance Marketing
- Proficiency in Campaign Strategy, Go-To-Market Planning, and Marketing Funnel Optimization
- Strong capabilities in Content Creation, Digital Marketing, and A/B Testing
- Excellent Communication, Project Management, and Collaboration skills
- Knowledge of market research methodologies and consumer behavior analytics
- Familiarity with marketing technologies, tools, and platforms
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is required; MBA is a plus
- Experience in SaaS or technology-driven companies is an advantage
- Fluent English communication skills; additional language proficiency is a bonus
