Salesforce Implementor

Nefesh B’Nefesh is seeking a skilled Salesforce Implementor to join our team and support the ongoing development of a complex, highly customized Salesforce environment. This role is well-suited for someone with prior hands-on experience in Salesforce implementation who is looking to grow within a mission-driven, multi-stakeholder organization operating at a global scale. The Salesforce Implementor will work closely with senior team members and internal stakeholders to design, implement, refine, and troubleshoot Salesforce-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and enhance Salesforce solutions supporting complex, cross-departmental business processes.
• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce Flows and automations based on defined requirements.
• Work within a mature Salesforce environment with advanced permissions, data relationships, and integrations.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to support system changes, testing, and rollouts.
• Maintain reports and dashboards and support data quality across Salesforce and connected systems.
• Assist with third-party integrations and related troubleshooting.
• Support users through documentation, training materials, and guidance as needed.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience implementing Salesforce solutions in a production environment, including building flows and troubleshooting existing ones.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, security model, and best practices.
• Experience working in complex organizations with multiple stakeholders and interdependent processes.
• High level of English (spoken and written); Intermediate Hebrew required.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to work within defined processes, time management, and good collaboration skills.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications are a bonus

Advantages
