Learning Developer / Instructional Designer

We are looking for a Learning Developer / Instructional Designer to join a professional team focused on the development of training and learning content.

The role includes designing and developing digital learning content, instructional presentations, e-learning modules, and innovative learning materials in a variety of formats, with a strong emphasis on learning solutions for educational staff and teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop digital learning content and instructional materials
• Design presentations, e-learning courses, and interactive learning assets
• Create innovative learning solutions tailored to educational environments
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in learning development / instructional design
• Significant advantage for experience in digital learning development
• Proficiency in digital authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar)
• Bachelor’s degree in Learning Technologies, Education, or a related field
• Creativity, ability to work independently, and excellent interpersonal skills
