Assistant Controller & Business Analyst

We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Controller & Business Analyst to join our Finance team. This is a hands-on role combining accounting, financial control, and strategic financial analysis, with real impact on business decisions.

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Manage the AR process end to end
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Assist with financial statements preparation (US GAAP)
• Work closely with external auditors and support audit processes
• Prepare and review statutory and tax filings.
• Support AP processes and cash flow monitoring
  
  

• Monitor actual vs. budget performance and analyze variances
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for leadership
• Assist with building financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with business teams (Sales, Operations, Product) on financial planning
  
  

• CPA with at least 3 years of Big4 audit experience, preferably with high-tech companies.
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with NetSuite (advantage)
• Experience with BI tools (advantage)
• High analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Self-starter mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
