21006 - Junior QA Engineer

Job description:

We are looking for a Junior QA Engineer to join a QA team responsible for testing and integrating a web-based C4I application for international customers. 

Responsibilities: 

• Participate in testing and integration of a web-based C4I system.
• Execute manual test cases according to test plans and requirements.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining QA documentation.
• Work closely with QA team members, developers, and system engineers.

 Requirements: 

• Graduate of a QA course or relevant technical training. - Must 
• Experience as a C4I operator/instructor or Network Administrator at command-level units (e.g., Brigade, Division, or higher headquarters).
•  Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle.Familiarity with web-based applications.
• Ability to read and write basic QA documentation (STD, ATP, etc.).
• Good English communication skills.
• High motivation and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Advantage. 
• Basic knowledge of Linux. - Advantage. 
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP). - Advantage.  
• Familiarity with DB queries. - Advantage. 
• Familiarity with Git.Military experience – as an end user or in a technical role. - Advantage.
