Demand Planner 7190

Responsibilities

• Ongoing collaboration with internal organizational interfaces: marketing, sales, production and logistics.
• Participation and leadership in S&OP meetings – presenting forecasts, analyses and deviations.
• Monitoring and analyzing deviations between forecasts and actual performance and drawing lessons for continuous improvement.
• Working with ERP systems and forecast management solutions.
• Planning and leading processes to improve customer service levels while maintaining operational efficiency and minimizing excess inventory.

Qualifications

• Academic education
• 2-4 years of experience in demand planning or data analysis in an industrial company
• Experience from a company in the food and beverage/consumer products sector - an advantage

Required Skills

• Analytical skills, high-level Excel proficiency
• Experience working with systems - Priority and BI tools
• Systemic thinking, order, attention to detail, good interpersonal communication and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good English

Preferred Skills

• Experience from a company in the food and beverage/consumer products sector - an advantage
