Platform Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Platform Engineer to own and evolve the foundations that our engineering

teams build on.

We do not believe in DevOps as a standalone role. We believe DevOps is a culture and

shared responsibility. The Platform Engineer’s role is to enable & unblock developers by

providing secure, scalable, and well-designed infrastructure that is easy to use and fully

managed as code.

This role is critical to ensuring the platform can scale safely, cost-effectively, and in compliance

with required security and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

• Design and maintain shared infrastructure using infrastructure as code
• Define, guide, and evolve CI/CD best practices across the organization
• Build reusable CI/CD patterns that allow teams to ship safely and independently
• Ensure CI/CD pipelines are secure, observable, and aligned with compliance
• requirements
• Own platform-level architecture across cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, databases, and
• networking
• Build self-service tooling and abstractions that improve developer productivity
• Manage scalability planning for databases, clusters, and core services
• Manage and optimize database performance, availability, and reliability (SQL/NoSQL)
• Monitor and optimize infrastructure costs
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOC2

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, or systems engineering
• Deep hands-on experience designing and operating CI/CD systems at scale
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and distributed systems
• Proven experience managing infrastructure as code (Terraform or similar is a must)
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and secure software supply chains -
• this is a heavily regulated industry
• Experience supporting AI-heavy or data-intensive platforms
• A mindset focused on developer enablement
• Experience with compliance audits and certification processes
