Senior AI Engineer

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer with a strong foundation in traditional machine learning

and data science, who is also comfortable building and operating LLM-based agent systems.

This role sits at the intersection of classical ML and modern LLM architectures. You will help

design systems where predictive models, statistical methods, and learned representations work

alongside LLM-driven reasoning and decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models using rigorous scientific and
• statistical methodologies
• Work on data pipelines, feature engineering, experimentation, and model evaluation
• Build and integrate LLM-based agents into ML-driven systems
• Define how traditional ML and LLM components work together in production
• Collaborate with backend and platform engineers to deploy and operate models at scale
• Contribute to AI system design, technical strategy, and long-term evolution

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in machine learning, data science, or applied AI
• Experience working in product-focused AI teams rather than pure research roles
• Strong understanding of ML fundamentals (statistics, optimization, evaluation, bias,
• trade-offs)
• Experience building and deploying ML models in real-world production systems
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent-based systems
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with modern ML tooling
• Familiarity with embeddings, vector databases, or retrieval-augmented systems

Nice to Have

• Experience combining classical ML models with LLM-based reasoning or orchestration
