Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Tel Aviv-Yafo for a Senior M&A Lawyer. Primary responsibilities include managing complex M&A transactions and cross-border investments, conducting due diligence, structuring acquisition agreements, assessing financial and legal risks, and advising clients on corporate law matters. The role requires collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams and delivering tailored solutions to clients across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for assessing legal and financial risks in M&A transactions.
• Expertise in finance, accounting, and investment principles to guide decision-making processes.
• Proven experience in due diligence processes to identify risks and opportunities for corporate transactions.
• Deep understanding of corporate law, cross-border transactions, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Experience in advising public and private entities across diverse industries is highly desirable.
• Law degree (LLB), qualification to practice law in Israel, and fluency in English and Hebrew are required.
