Role Description

You will lead international educational programs and delegations from end to end, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable impact.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute programs: concept, timeline, budget, delivery, and wrap-up
• Coordinate stakeholders in Israel and abroad (partners, vendors, speakers, participants)
• Manage logistics, operations, and on-the-ground execution during programs
• Track outcomes, produce summaries, and improve processes for future cycles

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience (education/NGO/international programs is a plus)
• Excellent English & Hebrew (spoken and written);
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong ownership
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed
