About the Role

Grove Ventures is hiring a Marketing Content Specialist to join our marketing team and support hands-on content research and creation, story telling and creativity to share each story with relevant messages on different channels.

Who Are You?.

You’re a hands-on content creator who loves turning ideas into compelling stories across formats and channels. You enjoy writing, editing, and shaping content, and you’re excited about repurposing it for websites, newsletters, and social platforms. You’re comfortable moving fast, juggling multiple projects, and taking ownership in a small, collaborative team.

What You’ll Do

• Create, edit, and produce high-quality content across formats, including articles, reports, presentations, videos, podcasts, newsletters, and website materials
• Own Grove’s content pipeline end-to-end: from ideation and creation to publishing and optimization
• Manage and continuously improve Grove’s website content, with a strong focus on SEO and GEO
• Create daily social media content and help grow Grove’s community through thoughtful storytelling and engagement
• Produce and manage monthly newsletter via HubSpot
• Community, events and meetups - create  promotional, on-site, and post-event content 
• Operations - support logistics, event and meetups organization, work with partners and external vendors 

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in content creation, content marketing, social media, or a similar role
• Strong passion for storytelling, marketing, technology, startups, and AI
• Excellent written and spoken English, with a sharp editorial eye
• Creative, curious, and excited to experiment and learn quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple content streams

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with tools like Wordpress, Canva, Figma, or video editing tools
• Experience using AI platforms in content workflows
