IT Infrastructure Team Leader at Psagot Investment House

Psagot is hiring an IT Infrastructure Team Leader to lead our systems, networks, and information security operations, while managing complex projects and ensuring business continuity and high performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership & Management - Performance management and professional development of team members
• Infrastructure & Networks - Installation, maintenance, and monitoring of servers and end-to-end communication systems
• Information Security - Implementation of cybersecurity policies and maintenance of organizational defense systems
• Projects & Upgrades - Leading complex infrastructure projects and upgrading core systems
• Advanced Support - Providing complex technical support (Tier 3) and working closely with organizational stakeholders

Position Requirements

• Experience & Management - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, including at least 1 year as a System Team Leader
• Systems & Cloud - Expertise in operating systems (Windows, Linux), virtualization, AD, Entra ID, and Office 365/cloud environments
• Networking & Security - Deep understanding of Networking (FW, VPN, VLAN, Routing) and experience with information security systems
• Tools & Technical Management - Experience with deployment and update management systems (GPO, WSUS) and ability to resolve complex issues
• Soft Skills - Leadership, ability to work under pressure and solve complex technical problems, excellent documentation, and high service orientation
