This is a full-time, on-site position based in Herzliya for a Customer Service Representative. The role includes assisting and addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, delivering a high-level customer experience, and promptly resolving issues. You will act as a first point of contact to represent the quality and dedication of 8200 אקדמי to its customers.

• Experience with Customer Service Representatives and providing Customer Support
• Proven ability to maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience
• Understanding of effective Customer Service practices
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Herzliya
• Proficiency in Hebrew, and working knowledge of English
• Prior experience in education or technology
