Configuration Control Manager – Jerusalem

For a unique and mission-driven high-tech company in Jerusalem, we are looking for a Configuration Control Manager to lead and manage the Configuration Control domain for electronic products throughout the entire product lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage Configuration Control processes for electronic products across all lifecycle stages.
• Own configuration baselines, versions, engineering documentation, and Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Work closely with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Procurement teams in a matrix environment.
• Ensure alignment between engineering design and the actual released product.
• Maintain full traceability between requirements, documents, configurations, and versions.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and accompany engineering changes throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support audits, quality processes, and compliance with organizational standards and procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Configuration Control / Configuration Management for electronic products.
• Hands-on experience managing versions, engineering documentation, and ECO processes.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in cross-functional, matrix organizations.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple tasks in parallel.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Advantages:

• Experience working with PLM / PDM / ERP systems.
• Familiarity with development, manufacturing, and quality processes in high-tech or advanced industrial environments.
