Algorithm Engineer

Located in the Central District (adjacent to the train station), the company offers an exceptionally flexible hybrid model with three days of remote work per week.

Role Overview-

• Joining an elite AI team to lead the development of Real-time Machine Learning systems at a massive scale.
• Integrating advanced models and algorithms with complex business logic to drive rapid and precise decision-making in production.
• Building and optimizing end-to-end ML pipelines that handle high-throughput, low-latency requirements.
• Collaborating with Data Scientists and Backend Engineers to translate research into high-impact production features.
• Taking ownership of the full "Research to Production" lifecycle within a distributed Big Data environment.

Requirements-

• 4 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or a Backend Engineer with a strong focus on ML.
• Proven experience in deploying ML models to Production within high-scale environments – Mandatory.
• Deep proficiency in Python and experience with modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).
• Strong background in Big Data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka) and distributed systems.
• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including design patterns and CI/CD for ML (MLOps).
• Experience in the AdTech or Fintech industries – a significant advantage.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field – Mandatory.
