About The Role

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Signal Processing & Tracking Algorithms Developer to join our core R&D team. In this role, you will take a key part in the full lifecycle of cutting-edge algorithmic development—from initial conceptual design and system-level definitions to hands-on integration and performance analysis. Job Description

• Design, define, and develop algorithms based on system requirements.
• Define requirements for software engineers.
• Support system development: Algorithm integration and conducting system-level testing.
• Analyze and research algorithm performance.
• R&D of new capabilities and topics.
• Write technical documentation, including algorithm design documents and test descriptions.
• Collaborate with multiple interfaces, including System Engineering, Software, and the broader team.
  
  

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Exact Sciences – Required.
• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Exact Sciences – An advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in Tracking Algorithms development – Required.
• Knowledge of Radar systems – An advantage
