About The Role
We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Signal Processing & Tracking Algorithms Developer to join our core R&D team. In this role, you will take a key part in the full lifecycle of cutting-edge algorithmic development—from initial conceptual design and system-level definitions to hands-on integration and performance analysis. If you are passionate about solving complex challenges in the world of Radar and sensing, and enjoy working in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment, we want to hear from you.
Job Description
- Design, define, and develop algorithms based on system requirements.
- Define requirements for software engineers.
- Support system development: Algorithm integration and conducting system-level testing.
- Analyze and research algorithm performance.
- R&D of new capabilities and topics.
- Write technical documentation, including algorithm design documents and test descriptions.
- Collaborate with multiple interfaces, including System Engineering, Software, and the broader team.
- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Exact Sciences – Required.
- M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Exact Sciences – An advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in Tracking Algorithms development – Required.
- Knowledge of Radar systems – An advantage
