Hands-on Software Architect SaaS Ai for Robotic

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Software Architect to lead the design and development of our next-generation autonomous decision-making platform. In this role, you will define the technical vision and architecture for systems that process high-volume sensor data in real-time, enabling intelligent autonomous decisions at scale.

What You'll Do

• Architect and implement scalable, fault-tolerant microservices for real-time autonomous decision-making systems
• Design high-throughput data pipelines capable of ingesting and processing massive streams of sensor and telemetry data
• Lead the technical design of IoT fleet management solutions, including device provisioning, OTA updates, monitoring, and command & control
• Define and enforce architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across the software organization
• Drive cloud infrastructure decisions on AWS, leveraging services such as IoT Core, Kinesis, Lambda, ECS/EKS, and DynamoDB
• Collaborate with product, data science, and embedded teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions
• Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement
• Participate in hands-on development, code reviews, and proof-of-concept implementations

Requirements

Must Have:

• 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in a software architecture or tech lead role
• Deep expertise in ,React – our primary backend language for high-performance services
• Proven track record designing and operating microservices architectures at scale
• Extensive experience with message brokers and pub/sub systems: Redis Pub/Sub, Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ
• Strong background in AWS cloud services, particularly IoT Core, Kinesis, SQS/SNS, Lambda, ECS/EKS, and related data services
• Experience with IoT fleet management – device lifecycle, connectivity, telemetry collection, and remote management
• Deep understanding of high-throughput, low-latency system design for real-time data processing
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make pragmatic architectural trade-offs

Nice to Have:

• Experience with autonomous systems, robotics, or edge computing platforms
• Background in ML/AI inference pipelines and model serving at scale
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, CDK)
• Knowledge of safety-critical software development standards
