Head of Project Management Division - not software
We’re looking for a senior leader to head the Project Management Division of a global technology company delivering complex infrastructure and control systems in Israel and worldwide.
This is a key role managing the P&L, leading ~40 professionals across project management, integration, and service — with full responsibility for execution, delivery quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a division of ~40 professionals, including project managers, integration, installation, and service teams.
- Manage subcontractors and oversee project execution to ensure quality, timelines, and profitability.
- Oversee project pipeline, budget, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
- Implement methodologies and standards for effective project management and pricing.
- Partner with sales and business development teams to ensure smooth transition from presales to delivery.
- Represent the delivery organization in tenders and client engagements.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Ideal background:
- B.Sc. in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field (MBA – advantage)
- Senior Experience managing large, multidisciplinary technology or infrastructure projects
- Proven experience managing big teams ,including managing managers
- Strong leadership and operational skills
- Proven track record managing budgets of 50M+ ILS and P&L full responsibility
- Fluent English
