Web Designer

We are the leading company in the implementation and development of Odoo in Israel,

looking for a talented, creative, and independent Web Designer,

to lead the design and creation of websites and eCommerce stores for Odoo clients — from requirements definition and design through to launch.

This position combines design (approximately 80%) and front-end development (approximately 20%), offering real ownership, direct client interaction, and daily collaboration with implementation, development, and marketing teams.

About the Role

Design

• Define and design websites based on client needs, brand identity, and business goals
• Create a modern, clean, and precise user experience

Integration & Development

• Implement designs within the Odoo website builder
• Ensure responsiveness, performance, and high code quality

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to launch
• Meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
• Work closely with project managers and development teams

Client-Facing Work

• Understand business requirements and translate them into visual solutions
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and management teams
• Guide clients on system usage and independent content management

Required

• Proven experience in designing and building commercial websites
• Strong command of UI/UX tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.)
• Excellent knowledge of HTML, SCSS, and Bootstrap
• Deep understanding of Responsive Design & Mobile-First principles
• Strong attention to detail, typography, and design fundamentals
• Problem-solving mindset with an independent and proactive approach
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Nice to Have

• Portfolio demonstrating website projects
• Experience with Odoo Website Builder
• Knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience working with Git
• Familiarity with SEO and accessibility standards
• Background in React and/or Angular
