We are seeking an RT Embedded Software Engineer for a defense company located in northern Israel.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software in C for Real-Time Embedded (RT Embedded) systems to control hardware components and FPGA
- Develop and manage communication interfaces between processors within the system
- Participate in software integration activities and system-level testing in laboratory environments
- Work closely with software, infrastructure, FPGA, hardware, systems engineering, and algorithms teams
- Write software requirements and related technical documentation
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience in Embedded software development using the C programming language
- Experience working with Real-Time Embedded systems on microcontrollers and processors
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering / computer science / electrical and computer engineering
- Familiarity with IP protocols, hardware interfaces, and FPGA - an advantage
