The Role

We are looking for a Senior motivated and results-driven Product Manager to join our dynamic Product team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our workforce management platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our customers.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the product roadmap in alignment with company objectives and market demands.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer success, to deliver high-quality product solutions.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
• Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer feedback, business goals, and data analysis.
• Develop detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure timely delivery of features and improvements.
• Monitor product performance, identify areas for enhancement, and drive continuous optimization.
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that product decisions align with user needs and expectations.
  
  

• 4+ years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS or HRtech industries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and product development frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
