Program Planning & Control Manager (PMO)

Airobotics is seeking a Program Planning & Control Manager to join the Programs Department and lead planning, scheduling, and budget control activities across multiple projects simultaneously.

The role requires strong system-level thinking, hands-on ownership of work plans, and close collaboration with internal teams and subcontractors, with full accountability for program schedules and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain multi-project work plans and master schedules
• Develop and control detailed Gantt charts, including milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
• Perform ongoing schedule tracking, analysis, and optimization
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and process constraints, including slack identification and mitigation actions
• Manage and monitor program budgets and financial tracking
• Track and control interfaces between sub-programs and subcontractor work plans
• Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and external partners
• Provide clear status reporting, insights, and recommendations to management
  
  

• Proven experience in Program Planning & Control, PMO, or equivalent roles (e.g., T&O Manager, Program Control)
• Demonstrated ability to manage planning and control activities for multiple projects in parallel
• Hands-on experience with Jira – mandatory
• Strong experience in building and maintaining schedules, Gantt charts, dependencies, and interfaces
• Solid understanding of budget management, cost tracking, and financial control
• High analytical skills with the ability to identify bottlenecks, risks, and schedule slack
• Strong system-level thinking and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including work with subcontractors
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
  
  

• Experience in technology, aerospace, defense, or industrial companies
• Experience working with subcontractors and external suppliers
• Familiarity with additional project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Confluence, advanced Excel)
