Backend Developer (Python) – Web & Content Platforms

YIT is looking for a Backend Developer to join our team and take part in the development and maintenance of some of Israel’s most well-known and loved content websites, serving millions of monthly users.

You will work as part of a Backend team in a dynamic development environment, using a wide range of technologies, with excellent opportunities for learning and professional growth.

📍 Location: Tel Aviv – near HaShalom train station

🕒 Full-time position | Sunday–Thursday

Requirements

• Proven experience in Backend development with Python in a Web environment
• Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL / MySQL / Oracle
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, with an emphasis on AWS
• Familiarity with Docker and Git

Advantages

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Microservices architecture
