PL/SQL & Oracle APEX Team Lead

One Digital is looking for an experienced Development Team Lead (PL/SQL & Oracle APEX)

For a hands-on leadership role within a technological department, based in Rehovot.

This is a database-centric leadership position, focused on Oracle-based core systems, combining team leadership with deep hands-on development in PL/SQL and Oracle APEX.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and manage a development team working on complex, enterprise-grade Oracle systems
• Take end-to-end responsibility for development execution, quality, and delivery
• Provide professional and technical leadership, including code reviews and best practices
• Be hands-on in PL/SQL and Oracle APEX development as part of the team
• Work closely with project managers, QA, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders
• Drive high development standards and continuous improvement processes

Requirements - Must Have

• Proven experience as a Development Team Lead / Technical Lead
• Strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL development (Oracle)
• Hands-on experience with Oracle APEX
• Experience working on enterprise / core systems
• Ability to combine people leadership with deep technical involvement
• High-level Hebrew and English
