Sales Enablement- Student

Radware is a global leader in cybersecurity, helping organizations worldwide stay protected from advanced cyber threats. We are looking for a curious, proactive, and creative Sales Enablement Student to join our team and support global sales teams through content, tools, and data-driven enablement initiatives.

What you’ll do:

• Support the creation and execution of sales enablement programs, training materials, and playbooks
• Create engaging content for sales teams, including presentations, visuals, and short videos
• Use AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, and productivity
• Analyze enablement data using Excel and Power BI to track adoption, effectiveness, and impact
• Collaborate with global sales, marketing, and enablement stakeholders
• Continuously learn Radware’s solutions, sales motions, and customer use cases

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent human communication skills with high-level English speaking and writing abilities
• Independent thinker with strong self-learning capabilities and curiosity
• Creative problem solver with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with Excel and Power BI for analysis and reporting (advantage)
• Knowledge in learning methodologies, instructional design, and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Studio)
• Knowledge of LMS and CMS concepts; experience working with an LMS is an advantage
• Experience with graphic and video tools (presentation design, visual tools, video editing)
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve workflows and outcomes
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Availability of approximately 60% employment (~110 hours per month)
