Role Description

This is a full-time role in Ramat Gan for a Derivatives Operations Economist. The role focuses on managing the end-to-end post-trade lifecycle for derivatives (Traded & OTC), including trade validation, MTM valuation, and daily collateral management (ISDA/GMRA). You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, implementing STP automation, and working closely with Investment, Finance, Risk, and IT departments.

Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a similar quantitative field.

· Passion for Markets: A strong interest in capital markets and a desire to specialize in the complex world of derivatives.

· Technical Skills: High proficiency in Excel is essential. Familiarity with Power Query or a knack for automation is a significant advantage.

· Experience: Previous experience in finance, investment operations, or banking is a plus, but we are also open to high-potential candidates with a strong analytical background.

· Learning Agility: Ability to quickly learn financial systems (like Bloomberg) and master complex concepts like MTM and ISDA agreements.

· Attention to Detail: A "sharp eye" for data accuracy and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

· Collaborative Spirit: Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English, capable of working effectively with cross-organizational teams (Risk, IT, Front Office) and international counterparties.
