Role Overview-
- Joining a newly formed, elite DevX (Developer Experience) team, reporting directly to the Group Manager.
- Serving as the Technical Lead for AI-driven solutions, focusing on integrating LLMs to revolutionize internal developer productivity and the SDLC.
- Leading the research, prototyping, and end-to-end implementation of Agentic productivity tools and advanced AI architectures.
- Experimenting with cutting-edge ML techniques, vector databases, and evaluation frameworks to build high-impact, internal AI products.
- Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify friction points in the development process and solve them through innovative AI automation.
Requirements-
- 8+ years of professional experience in Software Development – Mandatory.
- Proven experience in a Technical Lead, Architect, or Managerial role – Mandatory.
- Deep hands-on experience with LLMs, including OpenAI models, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain – Mandatory.
- Strong coding proficiency, preferably in Python – Mandatory.
- Extensive experience with Cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) – Mandatory.
- Relevant academic degree (B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science or related) – Mandatory.
- Exceptional ability to lead complex AI projects from PoC to full-scale production.
