Role Description

This on-site role is based in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Product Development Partner will collaborate closely with internal teams to design, develop, and implement scalable AI-driven sales automation solutions. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, contributing to innovative product design, overseeing project timelines, testing solutions for performance and efficiency, and consistently refining tools to meet client needs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their business goals through customized and cutting-edge sales systems.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Product Design, Development, and Testing, particularly in tech-focused or AI-powered systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis, sales process optimization, and market research to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Excellent project management, strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Knowledge or experience with automation, AI tools, and business workflow alignment is highly valued.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and contribute to innovative solutions for client success.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Product Management, Business Strategy, Computer Science, or related fields is an advantage.
