Role Overview-

  • Joining as a Group Product Manager, leading a high-caliber team of Product Managers and Team Leads.
  • Defining and executing a long-term product vision for a major business unit within the company's global ecosystem.
  • Driving high-impact features from concept to launch, focusing on Direct-to-Consumer (B2C) engagement and growth.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership, R&D, and marketing to align product strategy with global business goals.
  • Fostering a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and product excellence.

Requirements-

  • 3 years of professional experience in People Management (managing other Product Managers or Team Leads) – Mandatory.
  • Proven track record in a Product Leadership role (Group Manager / Head of Product level) – Highly Preferred.
  • Substantial experience coming from Global B2C / D2C companies – Mandatory.
  • Deep understanding of high-scale consumer platforms, user retention, and monetization strategies.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking with the ability to translate complex data into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in mentoring and developing senior talent.
  • Fluent English for global organizational collaboration.
