Inviting applications for the role of Senior AI / Agentic Systems Engineer , R&D

Join us to design, build, and evaluate production-grade agentic systems - LLM-powered agents that autonomously plan, code, test, deploy, and operate code in real-world engineering environments. This hands-on role blends AI, software engineering, and MLOps, moving beyond prototypes to robust, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement multi-agent systems, defining agent roles, guardrails, and plan–execute–verify loops.
• Construct, test, and evaluate each phase of agent workflows for reliability and auditability.
• Enable agents to generate, review, and test code, and interact with engineering infrastructure and tools.
• Build frameworks to monitor, evaluate, and iterate agent performance (correctness, cost, latency, hallucinations).
• Ensure security, traceability, and human-in-the-loop controls.

Qualifications we seek in you

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years software engineering experience
• Proven, hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, custom) - this is a must
• Strong backend skills (Python preferred)
• Experience with engineering workflows, cloud deployment, and system debugging
• Familiarity with RAG, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and agentic design patterns

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Kubernetes, MLflow, security tooling
• Experience with internal developer platforms, enterprise environments, or open-source contributions
