We are looking for a skilled and motivated DevOps/SRE Engineer to join our team and help ensure our production cloud environment's reliability, performance, and scalability. As an DevOps/SRE, you will work at the intersection of software engineering and operations, taking ownership of system stability, incident response, automation, Platform Observability, CICD and continuous improvement of our infrastructure.

Responsibilities

As an DevOps/SRE Engineer your impact will be:

• As a DevOps/SRE, your impact will be: Monitoring & Observability: Building the infrastructure to see into our systems (logs, metrics, and traces) to identify issues before they impact users.
• Production Reliability: Managing the underlying cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability.
• Incident Response: Leading the technical response during system outages and conducting post-mortem analyses to prevent recurrence.
• Capacity Planning: Ensuring our cloud resources scale efficiently with customer demand.
• Deployment & Release: Streamlining our delivery pipelines to ensure code reaches production safely, consistently, and with minimal risk.
  
  

• Experience: 4+ years as a DevOps/SRE Engineer.
• Cloud & Containers: Proven experience with AWS and Kubernetes/Docker.
• Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible.
• CI/CD & Tools: Hands-on experience with Jenkins, ArgoCD, Git, and GitHub.
• Scripting & OS: Strong Python/Bash skills and extensive Linux knowledge.
• Reliability: Experience in observability (monitoring/logging) and incident response/RCA.
• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, great communication, and documentation skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in CS or a related field (preferred).
• Methodology: Familiarity with Agile workflows.
