Senior Sales Engineer

Element Security helps organizations identify real, exploitable security risk across their external attack surface by validating findings in a safe and controlled way.

We are looking for a Sales Engineer with a strong cybersecurity background to support our sales process and work directly with enterprise customers.

What You Will Do

• Lead the technical side of the sales process including demos, deep dives, and proof of value engagements
• Work directly with CISOs, security teams, and engineers during evaluations
• Validate real-world security issues and clearly explain impact and remediation
• Support pilots, onboarding, and expansion opportunities
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Research teams on customer feedback and technical alignment
• Assist with RFPs, security questionnaires, and technical objections

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Security Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role
• Strong cybersecurity background with hands-on understanding of web and API vulnerabilities
• Familiarity with modern web architectures, APIs, and cloud environments
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Comfortable running live demos and handling deep technical questions

Bonus Points

• Background in penetration testing, AppSec, or security research
• Experience working with enterprise customers
• Experience with external attack surface or application security platforms
