DOCERE is looking for a Client & Growth Associate | HealthTech & AI

(Part-Time → Full-Time)

Our work focuses on transforming complex medical knowledge into smart, AI-driven digital solutions that improve care experience, education, communication, and professional engagement.

Location: On-site – Science Park, Rehovot

Start: Part-time, with a clear path to full-time

What You’ll Do

• Support ongoing client relationships

• Coordinate digital, marketing, and AI-driven projects

• Execute campaigns, content, and digital assets

• Work with CRM and marketing automation tools

• Support growth and go-to-market initiatives

Required Skills & Tools

You should be comfortable and hands-on with:

• Microsoft Office

– Excel (high level)

– PowerPoint (high level)

• CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)

• Email marketing & automation platforms (e.g., ActiveTrail, Smoove)

• Project management tools (e.g., Monday, Trello, Site CMS)

• Generative & Creative AI tools, including:

 ChatGPT 5.2, Gemini 3 etc.

 Canva, NotebookLM, MyLens, Napkin AI etc.

 Nano Banana Pro, Leonardo AI etc.

 HeyGen, Eleven Labs, D-ID etc.

 Claude Code etc.

Who We’re Looking For

• Graduate of digital marketing programs – must

• Background or strong interest in digital project and 

 client management (Healthcare & Pharma)

• Highly service-oriented with excellent attention to detail

• A strong team player with good communication skills

• Background in medicine / biology / life sciences – a strong advantage

• Curious, proactive, and genuinely living and breathing marketing
