Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects across R&D, Field Engineering and Testing teams.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, tracking and driving execution of development and deployment programs, ensuring alignment between requirements, schedules and actual performance, while continuously improving internal processes and operational efficiency.

This role is central to connecting product development, validation and field implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects involving R&D, Field Engineering, Testing and Operations teams.

• Build, maintain and control detailed project plans, schedules and Gantt charts.

• Track execution versus requirements, milestones and commitments.

• Identify risks, delays and resource constraints, and proactively drive mitigation plans.

• Coordinate development, validation and field activities to ensure on-time delivery.

• Support definition, tracking and execution of work plans and development roadmaps.

• Drive continuous improvement of project management, planning and reporting processes.

• Prepare and present project status, KPIs and execution reviews to management.

• Act as the main coordination point between engineering, testing and field deployment teams.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering and Management or a related engineering discipline.

• 3+ years of experience in project management in a technology / engineering environment.

• Proven experience in planning, scheduling and tracking complex engineering projects.

• Strong hands-on experience with Gantt charts, work plans and execution tracking tools.

• Solid understanding of R&D, testing and field engineering workflows.

• Experience working in multidisciplinary engineering environments (HW, SW, RF, systems).

• Strong analytical, organizational and process-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hardware, RF, sensors, or complex system development environments.

• Familiarity with development lifecycles: requirements, design, verification, validation and deployment.

• Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Monday, or similar).

• Background in process optimization and operational efficiency improvement.
