Storage Team Leader

Lead and manage a team of Storage Engineers, while designing and implementing complex storage solutions for a wide range of customers. This role combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills, including cross-organizational project management and direct customer engagement across multiple industries.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise storage solutions, with a strong focus on integration and implementation projects.
• Proven experience managing a technical team working with external customers – mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of leading storage platforms (NetApp, EMC).
• Strong technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex issues.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., NetApp Certified, EMC Storage Certification) – a strong advantage.
