Role Overview-

• Joining as a DevOps Team Lead within the strategic DevEx (Developer Experience) group.
• Balancing leadership with technical execution, maintaining approximately 50% Hands-on involvement.
• Reporting directly to the VP of Cloud Engineering and taking ownership of the developer environment's efficiency and innovation.
• Leading a team focused on optimizing the SDLC, building sophisticated CI/CD pipelines, and developing automation tools to empower hundreds of developers.
• Architecting and maintaining high-scale environments using Kubernetes and AWS.
• Developing internal tools and automations, primarily using Python.

Requirements-

• 2+ years of professional experience in Team Leadership – Mandatory.
• Deep hands-on experience in Linux-based development – Mandatory.
• Proven expertise in architecting and managing AWS cloud environments – Mandatory.
• Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration – Mandatory.
• Proficiency in Python for building automation and internal tooling.
• Passion for Developer Productivity (DevEx) and improving engineering workflows.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to drive technical excellence in a high-scale environment.
