Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a significant development project in the field of aerial or ground armament, within a complex and challenging technological and business environment.

The position includes:

• Leading a major development project in the field of aerial armament
• Full responsibility for continuous customer interface across all technological and business aspects
• Managing the project across multiple disciplines, including engineering, operations, manufacturing, and system testing
• Managing development, quality, and production plans in collaboration with engineering and operations teams
• Responsibility for meeting all project objectives, including customer negotiations, budget management, and coordination with customers and subcontractors
• Building detailed work plans in accordance with the customer contract
• Traveling to international customers as required by the contract, approximately five times per year

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related scientific field — mandatory
• Proven experience as a System Engineer and/or Project Manager leading multidisciplinary projects of complex systems — mandatory
• At least five additional years of experience managing large-scale projects with budgets of tens of millions of dollars — mandatory
• Background in aerial armament systems — an advantage
• Experience in the development of complex defense systems — an advantage
• High level of English proficiency — mandatory
