Data Engineer

Role Overview-

• Joining a specialized Data Engineering team of four, reporting directly to the Team Lead.
• Developing mission-critical Big Data systems and complex Data Pipelines for advanced cyber-security products.
• Designing and implementing scalable ETL processes in Python to handle massive volumes of intelligence data.
• Optimizing data architecture and performance using Spark and distributed computing frameworks.
• Working with a modern data stack: Airflow, Kafka, ElasticSearch, and SQL.
• Collaborating closely with cyber-researchers and R&D teams to translate operational needs into robust data solutions.

Requirements-

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Engineer – Mandatory.
• 2+ years of professional experience in Python development – Mandatory.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in ETL development and data pipeline orchestration.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and database management.
• Proven experience with Spark (or similar distributed processing tools) – Mandatory.
• Familiarity with Airflow, Kafka, or ElasticSearch – a significant advantage.
• Ability to work in a high-stakes, security-oriented environment.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience from an elite technology unit.
