Located in the Central District (with excellent accessibility via public transport and shuttle services), operating a hybrid model with two days of remote work per week.
Role Overview-
- Joining an established team of Data Scientists with primary responsibility for the ML Engineering domain.
- Developing and leading the transition of Machine Learning models to Production within a massive Big Data environment handling billions of events daily.
- Leading end-to-end (E2E) processes, including Real-Time Prediction and integration with Infrastructure Services, while meeting strict low-latency requirements.
- Collaborating closely with Product, Business, and R&D teams to drive technical innovation and see immediate impact from deployed solutions.
- Influencing architectural decisions and optimizing performance for mission-critical systems.
Requirements-
- 5 years of professional experience in Algorithm development.
- Proven expertise in Classical Machine Learning techniques.
- Significant experience working with Big Data environments and large-scale datasets.
- Deep proficiency in Python – Mandatory.
- Practical experience in building and deploying models in Production systems with Low Latency requirements.
- Strong "builder" mentality with the ability to bridge the gap between research and high-performance engineering.
- Experience in the AdTech or Mobile Marketing sectors – a significant advantage
