• Recent hands-on experience as a payroll accountant
• Proficiency in payroll software
• Strong knowledge of labor laws
• Ability to work directly with insurance companies
• Ability to respond directly to employees regarding payroll-related questions and issues, with a service-oriented approach
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexible working hours

• Proficiency in Priority as a bookkeeper – an advantage
• Experience working with high-tech companies – an advantage
• Strong Excel skills

• Professionalism, responsibility, accuracy, and initiative
• Ability to work directly with clients and employees
• Good level of English
