A profitable and highly successful Data technology company developing AI-driven platforms for real-time audience engagement. Their technology utilizes sophisticated algorithms to analyze massive datasets, allowing app developers to reach their most relevant users through real-time interest prediction. With a lean team of experts, the company operates at an immense scale within live production environments.

Located in the Central District (adjacent to the train station), operating a hybrid model with two days per week from home.

Role Overview-

• Joining as a Founding Team Lead for a brand-new Data Engineering unit, starting 100% Hands-on and scaling the team to include additional engineers.
• Operating at the core of the product, working in tight collaboration with Data Science teams to develop complex, real-time data solutions.
• Building everything from scratch including the logical infrastructure, data pipelines, and the team itself.
• Taking full ownership of critical production models that handle data at a massive scale.

Requirements-

• 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, with a focus on high-scale production environments.
• Proven experience in a Team Lead or technical leadership role—Mandatory.
• Deep proficiency in Python and PySpark.
• Hands-on expertise with modern data stack tools: DBT, Airflow, and Iceberg.
• Significant experience building and maintaining complex Real-Time Data Pipelines.
• A "Builder" mindset with the ability to lead both the technical roadmap and the recruitment process.
