Role Description:

• Installation, upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance of SAP systems.
• Installation, upgrades, patching, and maintenance of SAP HANA databases.
• Installation, upgrades, and maintenance of operating systems, with a strong focus on Linux.
• Continuous monitoring of SAP systems and databases across various projects.
• Configuration, operation, and maintenance of SAP system interfaces.
• Support for development and implementation processes within projects.
• Design, management, and ongoing maintenance of SAP roles and authorizations, including continuous improvements and optimizations.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant academic education from a recognized institution, or technician/practical engineer certification, or graduate of a military technological unit (e.g., Mamram).
• Alternatively, graduates of relevant professional courses, including programming courses or SAP infrastructure courses (Mamram / SAP courses).
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP infrastructure (SAP BASIS) within medium-sized organizations or larger.
• At least 5 years of experience in planning, configuring, operating, and maintaining SAP systems, with proven experience in at least three of the following systems:
• ECC
• S/4HANA
• BW / BW/4HANA
• PI
• SRM
• SAP Portal
• Experience working with one or more of the following databases: SAP HANA, Oracle, DB2, SQL Server.
• Experience working with operating systems: Linux (mandatory), as well as Windows Server or z/OS.
• Experience with SAP HANA databases – significant advantage.
• Experience with S/4HANA migration projects – advantage.
• Experience in building, managing, and maintaining SAP authorizations and roles.
