Fortitude Law is a U.S. law firm operating at the intersection of legal services, cyber-related investigations, and fraud recovery. As we continue to grow, we are expanding our Israel office. We are seeking an Attorney Manager for Client Onboarding & New Cases Assessment to lead client engagement, assess new matters, and support the firm's commercial growth.

This is a client-facing role with responsibility for recruiting new clients, assessing incoming cases, and guiding matters from first contact through formal engagement

The position is on-site in Israel and operates during U.S. business hours, supporting Fortitude Law’s US-Wide operations.

Key Responsibilities

*-Lead, mentor, and develop a client-facing team, upholding high professional and communication standards through structured video conferencing and telephone engagements

*-Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance support to team members

*-Set, track, and drive performance against defined KPIs and targets, both individually and at the team level

*-Monitor onboarding efficiency, client engagement quality, and case progression metrics

*-Hold the team accountable for meeting objectives while maintaining legal and ethical standards

*-Help develop onboarding, assessment, and communication best practices

Requirements

*-Licensed attorney (Israel or other recognized jurisdiction) -A Must

*-Management background -A Must

*-Proven sales experience -A Must

*-Team management experience -A Must

*-Native-level English -A Must

*-Familiarity with the U.S. market -A Must

*-Strong client-facing presence with excellent communication and negotiation skills

*-Comfortable working on-site and according to U.S. business hours

*-Experience in fraud, cybersecurity, financial disputes, or legal tech - an advantage
