We’re hiring a Marketing Director to build and lead the marketing function at WorldCom Finance.
WorldCom Finance is a fast-growing fintech company building a financial platform for migrant workers and local Israelis customers. We operate both a nationwide remittance infrastructure and a digital app that is evolving into a digital banking and financial services platform.
We are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Marketing Director who can both define strategy and execute—someone who enjoys building from zero, testing fast, and driving measurable growth.
What you’ll do:
• Build and execute our marketing and growth strategy
• Own customer acquisition, activation, and retention metrics
• Lead performance marketing and growth experiments
• Work closely with product and partnerships to improve funnels and conversion
• Build scalable processes and, over time, grow a small team
What we’re looking for:
• 4+ years in marketing or growth roles, ideally in fintech, consumer tech, or marketplaces
• Strong hands-on experience with performance and digital marketing
• Analytical mindset and comfort working with funnels, CAC, and ROI
• Builder mentality – comfortable working in a startup environment
• Ability to balance strategy with execution
