Role Overview-

• Taking Hands-on leadership of the information security domain within a dynamic cloud production environment.
• Leading end-to-end Incident Response (IR), from detection and analysis to full mitigation.
• Operating and optimizing core security tools while integrating security best practices into DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
• Collaborating closely with R&D and IT teams to architect secure infrastructures.
• Building and refining incident response playbooks and ensuring compliance with SOC 2 and other regulatory requirements.
• Managing logs, SIEM/SOAR integrations, and continuous security monitoring.

Requirements-

• 5 years of professional experience in SecOps, Cloud Security, or DevSecOps – Mandatory.
• Proven experience in Incident Response (IR) and managing SOC processes – Mandatory.
• Deep hands-on experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong experience with CI/CD tools and integrating security controls into development lifecycles.
• Proficiency in working with SIEM/SOAR systems and log analysis.
• Experience in securing Web3, Crypto, or FinTech environments – A significant advantage.
• Solid understanding of SOC 2 compliance and security auditing.
