What is the job:
Radware’s CTO Office is where next-generation cyber protections are born. The CTO office drives innovation by developing cutting-edge AI capabilities for Radware's cybersecurity products and services. Our team tackles complex challenges in AI, application and network security, and the Internet of Agents, while inventing state-of-the-art solutions.
What will you do:
Radware is seeking a team lead to join our CTO office research team. In this role, you'll take a major part in groundbreaking research projects focused on detecting and mitigating AI based cyber-attacks on applications using advanced analytics and emerging AI technologies. We're looking for a highly self-motivated individual who thrives on challenges, works both independently and in unique small teams, and can rapidly turn bold ideas to the Radware’s next production-grade cyber security capabilities.
What you need:

• Hands-on team leader with a great software and deployment architecture skills
• At least 3 years of experience in managing development teams
• At least 3 years of experience in GO- Must
• At least 3 years of experience in running and maintaining a production system
• Experience with agile development
• Experience with CI/CD
• Experience with cloud-based server infrastructure such as AWS Cloud
• Building distributed system in a microservice architecture using Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
  

Ability to support the following:

• Experience with AI lifecycle including LLM model selection, training, finetune, and inference
• Experience with Rust
• Experience with JavaScript including React/Redux
• Experience with of data monitoring and visualization tools (Prometheus/Grafana)
