Role Overview

• Joining an elite AI team to build and scale massive AI Infrastructure for Deep Learning models in the robotics domain.
• Focusing on the training, deployment, and optimization of Vision-Language-Action (VLA) models.
• Designing cloud-based systems (AWS) to support Multi-GPU and Distributed Training at scale.
• Optimizing models for production and deployment on Edge Devices, ensuring real-time performance in physical world environments.
• Working across the entire lifecycle: from training pipelines and simulations (Isaac Gym, MuJoCo) to quantization and pruning for final deployment.

Requirements-

• 5 years of hands-on experience in software engineering or machine learning infrastructure.
• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a leading university.
• Proven experience building and scaling deep learning pipelines beyond simply utilizing existing frameworks.
• Deep proficiency with PyTorch and a wide range of ML tools and frameworks — A MUST.
• Strong experience working in Cloud and Distributed environments (e.g., AWS, SLURM).
• Demonstrated systems thinking and a strong builder mindset, with the ability to architect solutions from the ground up.
