Role Overview-

• Joining a core engineering team, reporting directly to the VP R&D (Co-founder).
• Developing sophisticated backend systems using Python within a high-performance Microservices architecture.
• Designing and implementing complex features that bridge the gap between AI agents and developer workflows.
• Applying deep knowledge of software design, concurrency, and algorithms to build a scalable, mission-critical product.
• Influencing the technical foundation and architectural direction of the company at an early stage.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of professional experience in Backend development using high-level languages (Python preferred).
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering from a leading academic institution – Mandatory.
• Solid understanding of Software Design Principles, concurrency, synchronization, and data structures.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced Startup environment – Mandatory.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and Cloud-native services – a significant advantage.
• A "Customer-oriented" mindset with a passion for building products that solve complex engineering pains.
• Self-motivated and highly independent, with a desire to take ownership of E2E technical challenges.
