NOC Manager 236902

We are looking for an experienced NOC Team Manager to lead the professional and operational activities of a NOC team in a large medical organization in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the NOC team in a 24/7 shift-based environment
• Drive monitoring processes, incident detection, and first-line response
• Own cross-organizational incident investigations, process improvements, and prevention of recurring issues
• Work closely with Infrastructure, Cyber Security, R&D, and Support teams
• Manage service reports (SLA, availability, incident trends)
• Train new employees and build the team’s professional knowledge base
• Implement and maintain monitoring tools, automation, and dashboards
• Manage the command & control / war room during major incidents

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience managing technology teams
• Strong familiarity with monitoring and control systems, especially central NOC consoles and environments
• Deep understanding of core NOC workflows and interfaces with internal and external support tiers
• At least 4 years of NOC management experience in a large, distributed organization (1000+ users)

Education (one of the following):

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Any other Bachelor’s degree plus advanced IT / Information Systems courses totaling at least 400 hours
• Practical Engineer (Handasai) diploma in Computers / Technology
• Infrastructure-related Information Systems courses totaling at least 500 hours
• Graduate of an IDF technological unit (e.g., Mamram, 8200, ICT or equivalent) with relevant professional experience
