Founding Engineer

Located in the Central District, the company operates in a collaborative, fully in-office environment designed for rapid innovation and high-impact execution.

Role Overview-

• Joining as a Founding Engineer, playing a pivotal role in building the product from 0 to 1.
• Developing sophisticated, AI-driven security workflows that go beyond simple API integrations to create high-signal, reliable analysis.
• Architecting scalable backend services and implementing optimization techniques to ensure deep analysis remains fast and practical.
• Collaborating directly with the founders to define the technical roadmap and the "why" behind business risk mitigation.

Requirements-

• 5+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering.
• Startup DNA: Proven track record of building products from scratch, preferably as an early employee in seed-stage companies – Mandatory.
• Deep proficiency in Go, Node.js, or Python.
• Solid understanding of Modern AppSec, cloud architecture, and the business logic behind security risks.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI systems and building complex, high-signal workflows.
• Experience in System Optimization for high-performance data analysis
